Two New Online Courses
GHD|EMPHNET’s Center of Excellence for Applied Epidemiology announces the addition of two new online courses to its Learning Management System.
The first course “Stakeholders’ Analysis and Mapping » aims to build the participant’s capacity to analyze stakeholders using the Stakeholders’ Mapping and Analysis Toolkit. It is a self-paced, online course that can be completed within a duration of three hours.
The second course is offered in Arabic under the title “أثر مفهوم الجندر والأدوار الاجتماعية على قضايا الصحة الإنجابية والجنسية », translated as « The Understanding of Gender and Social Gender Roles and their Effect on Sexual and Reproductive Health. » This course aims to familiarize the participants with terms and definitions related to gender, equity and a rights-based approach. Also, it helps them to recognize the impact of gender on sexual and reproductive health issues. The course is intended to be a self-paced online learning course with a duration of six hours.
